Job requirements:
- understand OOA/OOD/OOP programming ideas, to master a variety of common design patterns
- be familiar with existing mainstream Java framework (Spring, Struts, Spring MVC, Hibernate and Ibatis, Freemarker, etc.), the basic principle of based on the above research and development ability
- pay attention to new technology, understand the Groovy, engine, familiar with ROR, COC, RESTful programming style
- love for software development, coding solid basic skills, the pursue is perfect, self-motivated and strong learning ability
- has rich experience in web architecture design, performance tuning to a web site, site extension and content integration has a profound understanding
- be familiar with the principle and the mainstream of cache cache framework, with the development of cluster system experience is preferred
- a software project management, the enterprise knowledge management, research and development process system management experience is preferred
- the Internet interactive product design and development experience, enterprise search experience is preferred
- this position requires three years experience in software product development
